It's something we do every day and probably take the most for granted. It's maybe not as vital as eating and getting our daily recommended amounts of nutrition but it is extremely important. So much so that without it, our bodies can suffer in ways we're not fully aware of. Sleep isn't just something do to pass the time at the days end so we can wake up and do it all over again.
